Abstract
India's agricultural sector, employing nearly 50% of the country's workforce, is undergoing a significant transformation through the adoption of modern agricultural techniques. This article examines the implementation of precision farming, biotechnology, mechanization, and digital technologies in Indian agriculture, analyzing their impact on farmer productivity, income, and sustainability. While these innovations offer substantial benefits including increased yields and reduced input costs, their adoption faces challenges related to accessibility, affordability, and knowledge gaps. This study provides insights into how modern agricultural techniques are reshaping the lives of Indian farmers and the future trajectory of Indian agriculture.
